  1. All the promised amenities like the swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, and garden spaces are well executed and functional. The clubhouse isn’t massive but it serves the small community perfectly

  2. The overall architecture of the villas is unique and stands out from typical row house formats. The dual-living spaces, private garden area, and modern facades give it a premium appeal

  3. Would be nice to have a guest parking zone inside the community—during events or parties, parking can be tricky

  4. The approach road is clean but narrow in some stretches. As more developments come up in this corridor, we hope the BBMP upgrades the infrastructure

  5. Post-handover service has been inconsistent. We had to follow up multiple times to get a plumbing issue resolved. A more responsive CRM team would make a big difference

  6. We moved into Alanoville a few months back. While the living experience has been great, I do wish they provided solar water heaters or a piped gas system. That’s the only area where they lag
