Over the Rainbow is located at the foothills of the scenic Nandi Hills in Bengaluru. These single storied earth-sheltered villa homes with 2 gardens and earthy exterior finishes, are set along the existing hilly terrain in a stepped form to blend into the natural landscape. The stepped arrangement maximises light and ventilation while facilitating uninterrupted views.

Each villa opens out to a green space equivalent to or larger than the villa itself.

Large-scale housing is often void of character, detailing and customisation. With a focus on craftsmanship and personalisation, we flipped the mass model on its head and offered people the rare opportunity to create a home that would not only serve them but also inspire them. Over the Rainbow – V25 villa is a 3-bedroom home with gardens on both sides of the linear plan and spacious decks adjoining the gardens.

Inside, the home is sandwiched between two gardens with visual access to the gardens from all key areas. This keeps the home always connected to the gardens outside. Direct access to the home office from outside ensures work and home are independent spaces.

Over the Rainbow – Phase 1 will feature our V25 homes – single storied earth-sheltered villas, located strategically to ensure uninterrupted views of the beautiful surroundings. Each villa has 2 gardens with a minimum plot size of 6,000 sq. ft. Wide tree-lined driveways along the sloped terrain provide access to the plots. Homes at Over the Rainbow are handcrafted and built with natural materials that get better with time and offers a choice of home products.
